The program took place as per plan on 12 Nov 2016 in CCRT and about 125+ people participated. Jagannath and Urmimala Bose enthralled us with their performances on Rabindranath's and Kadambari Devi's conversation, recital of their popular natok Paka Dekha, Sanjib Chattopadhyay's Dombol, recital of few poems including one of Nirendranath Chakrabarty and the famous Bonolota Sen of Jibonananda Das, some good conversation and adda followed by a dinner. In the beginning Ms. Chandana Khan, ex IAS, presented the couple with shawls and souvenirs. The entire programme was well conducted by Bedadyuti. The backdrops were made in house by Sujoy and Mainak.
